DEMO LABORER

A manual labor position that is responsible for preparing and cleaning the jobsite before, during and after demolition process.  Position requires loading and unloading materials at the construction jobsite and maintaining a safe working environment.  Must be receptive to instructions and self-motivated to keep the job-site clean and safe.  Advancement opportunities are available.

DEMO SPECIALIST

A manual labor position that is responsible for preparing, demolishing and cleaning during all phases of the demolition process.  Position requires 2+ years experience in demolition and the use of related tools.  Position requires ability to oversee basic demolition and manage small crews.  Leadership position that requires self-motivation and a strong work ethic. Must follow specific direction and conduct work practices that fully align with Merchant Demolition standards of practice.

ESTIMATOR

An Estimator for Merchant Demolition will prepare cost estimates for client’s requested construction project and works closely with a Project Manager to oversee accurate completion of the scope of work.  This position is responsible for determining quantities and take-offs, preparing accurate and complete job estimates, organizing job details and communicating job scope of work details to the production team. 

PROJECT MANAGER

A Project Manager oversees all facets of a specific job from the moment the job is awarded until the final walkthrough is completed.  The PM is the primary contact for field personnel as well as the client.  PM must work in conjunction with other Project Managers in order to effectively schedule and utilize Merchant assets and personnel.  PM must have 5+ years of experience in all demolition practices and can effectively manage several crews at different jobsites with efficient and quality results. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
